Oat Flakes

Oat flakes are the result of laminating the pelled grains, heat-treated to 150⁰ C (221⁰ F) before laminated machine. According to their size and thickness, they are classify as whole grain flakes or Old-fashioned oats, instant or quick cooking oats.

Gluten Free in accordance with FDA regulations (Food and Drug Administration, USA) as they contain less than 20 ppm (parts per million).



Oat flake, derived from the mechanical treatment of: husked, selected, cut and roasted (stabilized in heat treatment) and laminated.

Moisture Oat Flakes: 10-11%
Peeled and Stabilized Oatmeal and Cut Grain Moisture: 9 – 11%
Oatmeal and Bran Moisture: 8-11%
